- Smart, passionate and precise Account Director with at least 6 years experience who is truly ready to break out, stand up and be heard by your clients and the industry

What You Do
As an AD at RLM, your responsibilities include:
- Leading client teams and all client communication
- Developing and implementing tactics for clients based on strategies that ensure delivery of real results
- Maintaining the standards of quality work product that RLM is known for
- Actively participating in developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Paying meticulous attention to all the details, all the time
- Working closely with agency management to own the success of your accounts
